They post a lot of job listings, but no matter how many times you apply—even 100 times—you never get a call. I’ve applied many times, and finally they scheduled an interview.
The interview lasted nearly an hour, and I answered around 90–95% of the questions. Yet, the very next day, they sent a rejection email.
This seems to be their usual pattern. Two of my friends have gone through the exact same experience. No matter how well you perform, they still reject you. I’m genuinely curious—has anyone actually been hired here?
I attended multiple rounds of interviews, including technical rounds and a CTO-level discussion. The process required significant preparation and time commitment.
There were multiple reschedules during the interview process, which caused inconvenience and required adjustments from my side.
Initially, I interviewed for a Senior role. After completing all rounds, I was informed that based on my experience, the position would be changed to Software Engineer instead of Senior. I accepted this revision in good faith and continued with the process.
However, after receiving positive feedback verbally, I was later informed via email that my application would be kept on hold for future consideration.
The overall process felt inconsistent. Changing the role level after advanced interview rounds, followed by a hold decision without clear explanation, created confusion and uncertainty.
Better alignment on role expectations and more transparent communication would significantly improve the candidate experience.
