PLI test - 12 minutes for 50 aptitude questions Behavioural / Psychometric test Interview - HR questions and Technical question related to work. Overall the interview was very good. The questions asked were of good level. The process was very smooth.

There were 3 rounds of the interview, namely: Psychometric test Aptitude test (2 rounds: General and technical) Interview The screening was carried out after the written tests, for the panel interview. The panel was multi-faceted and comprised of people from nautical, marine and psychology domains. The interview was a fair mix of personality as well as technical aptitude testing. The results were out within a week.
