Pros: I have been working with this company for the past 7 years, and my experience has been extremely positive. The organization provides a supportive and professional work environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow. One of the biggest strengths of the company is its excellent marketing team, which consistently works hard to bring quality opportunities and projects for employees.
The immigration team is another major asset. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and provide timely guidance throughout the visa and immigration process, making what can often be a complex experience much smoother for employees and their families.
The management is approachable, communication is transparent, and there is a strong focus on employee well-being and career development. The company fosters a collaborative culture, offers stability, and genuinely cares about helping employees succeed both professionally and personally.

Scam hiring- wasting of carrer
Pros: The company is a joke. I dont find any.
Cons: They hire people from all around the world and then break up their contracts while in the probation period. make the people leave their stable jobs, their home countries and then they just don't commit to their contract.
They don't have a long-term project, so never leave your permanent job for this company.
Micro management.
No proper office space.
Now this is part of Ultra Group AB - never join this either.
