During my health issues, the company was understanding and approved my leave, which I genuinely appreciated. The work environment is positive, and employees are treated with respect.

Its very transparent, fair and comprehensive assessment. The very first round will happen with Hiring Manager. Then 4 rounds of interview will happen which will test your tech skills, people skills, communication skills & strategic thinking skills. The overall score will be calculated based on all the interviews.

Interviewer was very polite and helped whenever I got stuck. They focused on logic and explanation of Time/Space complexity and how I cam up with the solution. It is important to ask questions and clarify somethings so it doesn't appear like you 'learnt' the questions and solutions. There's usually a twist to the questions.
