Cons: Access to basic tools is a nightmare here. You need to raise a BBS request just to get GitLab access, VS Code IDE access, or even screen sharing with your own team. Approvals usually take 3-4 days, and during that time you're literally sitting there with nothing to do. Sometimes the request gets rejected for no good reason and you have to start the whole process over again. They make you use Citrix Workspace for everything. Sure, it lets you log in from anywhere, but it's genuinely awful.. you end up having to log in multiple times just to get to your own desktop... because they gonna crash eventually.. Your codebase randomly disappears from your local system. They have some vague policy reason for not letting you keep it locally, and ironically it sometimes shows you code you deleted ages ago. They market this as a "feature." AI tooling here feels like a joke. It's 2026 and they still don't allow Copilot on VS Code because of "AI governance concerns" — meanwhile the rest of the industry has been using it since 2024. Forget Cursor, Claude, or Antigravity — none of that is allowed. You're stuck with plain PyCharm and VS Code like it's still 2018-2022.... Instead of just letting you install a local IDE and code normally, they push you toward browser-based dev environments (DevPods) that crash constantly, lose your work, and make it impossible to set up extensions or keep backups. Applications go down all the time and dev teams take forever to fix anything — nothing feels like it's actually on track. Even basic agentic workflow projects (like a test case / requirement validator) have been rebuilt three separate times in three different ways with no real progress, like they don't know what they're doing or are just dragging it out.

I applied through company portal and recruiter reached out to schedule an interview for the full stack interview. First round was technical with the lead developer and he asked concepts of react and JavaScript including some live coding on notepad.

Overall it was good . I have applied it through the Naukri portal it was my client round. I had given 3 rounds and the last round was at UBS it was difficult mostly they ask for core concepts of web development deep question on html css. Javascript aslo microfrontend.
