View on GlassdoorPros: I am a Software Specialist working here since 2019. It has been close to 6 years and 3 months with this organization, and during this time I have experienced consistent learning, growth, and exposure to impactful projects. One of the biggest advantages of this organization is the global exposure and onsite opportunities. The company has actively applied for US visas for 25+ employees, which reflects a strong global vision and a genuine commitment to long-term career growth. The learning curve is strong, especially for professionals who want to work on innovative, real-world products. You get exposure to new initiatives and emerging technologies rather than routine maintenance work. Working closely with experienced technical architects provides deep insight into system design, scalability, and practical implementation strategies. We are guided by strong VPs and managers who consistently empower teams to grow, take ownership, and excel across both technical and professional domains. The leadership team operates with clear vision and well-defined goals, creating alignment and direction across projects. The organization also promotes growth through structured mentorship and mentee programs, enabling individuals to groom themselves both technically and professionally. From a productivity standpoint, access to modern AI tools such as Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and upcoming tools like Cursor enables teams to work smarter and more efficiently. Employee benefits are thoughtfully structured, including tax-saving schemes, competitive compensation, and regular company outings (such as Goa or Jim Corbett) that encourage team bonding and a positive work culture. Additionally, the premium office space in a prime NCR location enhances the overall professional experience. Overall, for individuals seeking strong technical exposure, global opportunities, innovation-driven projects, mentorship, and visionary leadership, this organization provides a solid and rewarding platform for long-term growth.
Cons: None that have impacted my professional growth or work satisfaction.

Leadership genuinely listens to employee feedback and invests in both personal and professional growth. The teams are small but highly capable, which means every individual’s work directly contributes to the company’s success. The technology being developed here is cutting-edge, and it’s exciting to be part of a company that’s transforming the digital table and gaming experience through creativity and engineering excellence. Work-life balance is well respected, and management supports flexible schedules when needed.
Cons: As with any growing company, processes are still evolving — but leadership is proactive about improving communication and structure as the organization scales.
View on GlassdoorPros: Working at WDTS has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company presents challenging and meaningful problems that push you to think deeply and grow as an engineer. It's a fantastic environment to learn how to architect and build high-performing, scalable applications. There is extensive use of technologies like Kafka and multithreading, offering valuable exposure to real-time data processing and concurrent system design. The engineering culture encourages continuous learning, innovation, and excellence — making it an ideal place for those who want to elevate their technical capabilities while contributing to impactful solutions
Cons: Given the niche domain of casino table games, there’s a bit of a learning curve initially — however, the team is supportive, and you ramp up quickly. As with any growing company, some processes are still evolving — but it offers a great opportunity to contribute and shape them
