Pros: supportive colleague, learning environment and growth
Cons: overtime sometimes, should show more empath
View on GlassdoorPros: Nice place to work and explore
Cons: need to concentrate on business side
View on GlassdoorPros: There's some kind of hidden office politics going on there where employees warn new comers about senior management. Some of the management is toxic, they hire you for something and ask you to do something else and you won't get paid for it.
Cons: The turnover is alarming. Talented people keep leaving and there is not much being done to retain them, no exit interview as well. People are actually scared to express their true opinions. Seems like a lot of the reviews posted here on Glassdoor have been posted by employees who were compelled to.
View on GlassdoorPros: Whizlabs offers an outstanding work environment that truly values people, continuous learning, and innovation. The organization encourages hands on ownership and experimentation across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Teams are collaborative, leadership is approachable, and contributions are recognized. The culture is supportive, growth oriented, and mission-driven, making it a great place to build impactful learning solutions for a global audience while continuously improving technical and professional skills.
Cons: In all honesty, there are no cons to working at Whizlabs. The company provides a positive, respectful, and empowering environment where employees are trusted and supported.
View on GlassdoorPros: Working environment friendly. Provided with flexibility of work. The leadership were easily approachable. Good environment to flourish your career.
Cons: Salary less compared to the market rate.
