Good place to learn

Pros: Peer group is amazing, if you want to learn cloud native technology in different dimensions then it's the best place to go with. After the company has been rated as Amazon's Technology Partner for AWS Marketplace Apps, people here finding a great bandwidth in learning and usage of technology. - No restrictions in sharing ideas, management allows to do mistakes and experiments until the result is achieved. - Work and Peer is good during office period but looking for reopening,.

Cons: Though the movement in the company is free in expressing your ideas, Only talented can survive here and achieve heights. It's not a place to surf and pass time for long time as you will be sooner identified and thrown out if your capability is not up to the mark.

You can NEVER succeed if you don't pay your employees

Pros: Nothing really, if you don't expect money in return of work then please take a job here.

Cons: If you want to join here: Forget about salary Forget about time limits Forget about the CEO taking your calls during salary time, rest all days he will call you. Forget about talking to the HR because there isn't any. Imagine putting all your hard work into this company everyday and not being paid. The CEO Mr. ABISHEK will go to the extent of telling you that today is salary day, tomorrow is salary day and will not pick your calls when he promises salary. The cycle will go on for months and months. You won't be given any documents either. It's better to be jobless than to work here. No professionalism.

Pros: Good flexibility, great technical skill growth, the learning curve is high. Good place for free to express your views and ideas, supportive team.

Cons: Facilities are not great as like bigger companies but though during COVID and WFH it really doesn't matter.
