View on GlassdoorPros: Working at a Google Cloud Premier Partner gives you direct exposure to cutting-edge GCP and AI/ML technologies. The onboarding process is well-structured — HR, compliance, and certification paths are clearly laid out from day one. Strong emphasis on upskilling through Google Partner Skills platform and certifications. Collaborative team with knowledgeable architects across Data Science and App Dev. Good work-life balance so far with a supportive people team.
Cons: Compensation could be more competitive for experienced engineers given the niche GCP expertise required. Certification expectations are high from the start, which can feel overwhelming during onboarding. Limited visibility into internal growth timelines and promotion criteria early on.

Cleared 1st round with architect with good feedback then cleared 2nd round with director of the company with good feedback then director told it’s last round on asking and director told he will update to HR. Right next day, HR comes and says that I will have one more round with VP and I really don't understand what’s happening. I feel they are looking for SHAKTIMAAN who should take care everything alone. Indian IT
The interview started with me applying last year and recruiter reached out me in late March this year. First round was with US counterpart ( Manager of DM). 30 minutes interview and the discussion was more on my experience. Recruiter reached out to me next day saying I cleared first round and now there will be case study second round. On the day of second day round, morning, I was told we have to cancel the interview as panel is busy and then no contact from anyone for 2 weeks. Again after 2 weeks I was approached saying that time position got closed and again reopened and scheduled 2nd round. This was most disappointing: One person joins ( not even greeting) and as such the person is not intd. Case study was sent over email and I was asked to create ppt for next 50 minutes and present it to them. When I presented, panel didnt even ask me question and mentioned whatever questions they had I already spoke about during my presentation. Recruiter reaches out to me saying panel gave mixed review and scheduled 3rd with some person. The most disappointing interview I ever I had in my life. Person joins with video off but expected me to keep video on as I am taking to screen. Person asking me questions which are not even relevant about company where i worker 18 years back and asking me numbers and metrics of that role. Anyways, the role to be sounded like more of Project Manager rather than a DM role. I wish all the best to people who wishes to carry on with them.
Gave interview sometimes back. Worst experience. Call was set up for 45 mins at 5pm. There were 2 interviewers. One was doing WFH, came on a call with not so professional attire, looked like she woke up and came on a call. Both the ladies didn't have anything to ask. 10 mins in and they started asking each other "do you have anything to ask?" That drama went on and on for next 15 mins and then asked me if I had questions for them. Another lady was in the office, was in a hurry to wrap this call and leave as it was past 5pm. I could sense they are not even interested in meeting with me. If you are interviewing for a recruiter position, at least have some questions related to recruitment for the candidate. No question related to recruiter was asked. Not a single one. Worst experience ever! And got a rejection email later which till the date I am not able to understand what they even asked related to my work that they rejected.

First round introduction then 2 sql questions 2 python questions 4 power bi questions. I can say its easy interview but candidate should have knowledge on python and sql mainly.
