Pros: Nothing pros, will get salary on time nothing else
Cons: There are many cons for this company, To be short, Don't join this company and spoil your life. Waste management, waste infrastructure, Full politics, no job security, no proper office space. Management is the waste here just they want money, untill you are earning they will keep you and if by any chance they loose the project you will be out of company within next day, no projects nothing

It was a positive experience with a clear three-stage process. The first round focused on logical reasoning and coding, mostly Python dictionary tasks—frequency maps, key/value lookups, nested dict handling, sorting by keys vs values, and time-complexity trade-offs. The second round went deep technically: data structures and algorithms, OOP concepts, SQL joins and indexing, API/design questions, and a short debugging exercise to explain thinking. The final round was an HR discussion covering role fit, project preferences, communication style, compensation, notice period, and culture alignment. Each round lasted about 45–60 minutes, with quick feedback after the first two.
