Cons: Management is not good. During internal project switch resources are interviewed selected for their relevant skill sets but are asked to work in different skills once onboarded in the project.

Cons: Ownership is the problem, unless you're not proactive and take up responsibility, it will feel like working at a Public sector with less workload.

The interview process was mainly focused on academics and my professional background, including questions about my graduation, coursework, and previous internship experience. The interviewer also asked several situational and decision-making questions to understand how I approach problems and make choices under pressure. Overall, the conversation felt more like a discussion than a formal grilling, and the questions were structured to get a sense of both my technical background and my thought process.

Two technical interviews followed by HR discussion. Technical was more about Oops concepts. Usage of classes, objects. The interviewer focused more on understanding of core python concepts as well as SQL.

Experience was good, they made me comfortable thorghout the interview process, I was judged on the basics specifically pyspark, sql and data warehousing concepts. Round 1 — 1-Hour Interview The interview started with a brief discussion about my current work, highest qualification, self-introduction, and general background. What is Data Engineering? Who is a Data Engineer, and how does a Data Engineer’s role differ from that of a Data Analyst? Explain the project you recently worked on and describe its overall architecture. What is Medallion Architecture? How were you implementing CDC (Change Data Capture) in your project? If corrupted data compromises your data warehouse, how would you handle the situation? How do you perform data quality checks? What are the different types of joins in Spark? Explain Broadcast Join in detail. What is the difference between ETL and ELT? What is the difference between an EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) and an EDL (Enterprise Data Lake)? Solve the Two Sum problem. What are the different types of constraints in SQL? Explain the Referential Integrity constraint in detail.
