Good conditions and salaries, but project assignment can be tough
Pros: good working conditions, good salaries, not too much work(although that will depend on your project)
Cons: Getting under good projects is hard but if you get a good project it will be a good exerience.

Project and team impact learning, but promotions lag behind
Pros: It totally depends upon the project and team you joined after joining company if you are working for support based project with rotational shifts or development based project, your learning curve and growth will be impacted accordingly.
Cons: Their appraisal and promotion progress solely depends upon how many years you have been part of that project not on real work , the more years you spend in a project you will get promoted based upon that .
