A good place to learn, take on new challenges, and grow
Pros: I enjoy working here because I’ve had the opportunity to learn many things beyond my usual job responsibilities. The work can sometimes require finding the right approach to solve a problem, which makes it interesting and challenging.
Over time, my role has evolved significantly, giving me the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and develop a broader skill set. I’ve also had the chance to collaborate with teams such as IT and Finance while handling various administrative responsibilities. This exposure has helped me understand different aspects of the business and continue learning along the way.
Cons: So far, I haven’t faced any major issues. Like any growing organization, there are always opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, but overall, my experience has been positive.

Supportive managers and a good learning experience
Pros: My team has been very helpful, especially when I am working on something new. There is an expectation that you take responsibility for your work, but you can always reach out when you need guidance. I have become more confident in my technical skills and have had the chance to work on things I had not done before. Overall, I enjoy working with the people here.
Cons: I have not faced any major issues so far. The work can be challenging at times, but I have been able to get support when needed.

Good people, challenging work, and opportunities to take ownership
Pros: The people here are great, and I genuinely enjoy working with my team. There is a lot of responsibility that comes with the role, but you also get the freedom to make decisions and figure things out. The work keeps you on your toes, and there is always something new to learn. I like that people are willing to help each other, especially when we are working through a difficult problem.
Cons: Compensation could be better compared to the market, especially for people with more experience. The work and responsibilities have grown over time, and it would be good to see compensation keep up with that.

Good team and a positive work environment
Pros: I have been with the company for several years and have enjoyed working with the people here. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but when something needs to get done, people come together and help each other. Working in a growing company has also given me the opportunity to handle different types of work and learn more about the business.
Cons: Things can get busy during certain periods, and sometimes processes change as the company grows. Having more standardized processes would make some of the day-to-day work easier.

Good work-life balance and different things to work on
Pros: I like that my work involves different types of IT issues, so every day is not exactly the same. I get to interact with people from different departments and learn more about the systems they use. The team has been helpful since I joined, and I have been able to maintain a good work-life balance.
Cons: Nothing major so far. There is still a lot for me to learn about the company's systems, but I have been getting the support I need.
