Round 1: Technical & Resume Assessment — Focused on hands-on coding challenges, core software engineering principles, and a detailed review of technical background and past experience outlined on the resume. Round 2: Project Deep-Dive — Centered entirely on previous project experience, covering system architecture, key implementation decisions, challenges faced, and practical problem-solving skills. Round 3: HR & Cultural Fit — Evaluated soft skills, communication, behavioral alignment with team culture, operational expectations, and overall career goals.

2 rounds of interview. 1st with HR VP and second with the CEO. Basic management questions. Mostly asking about experience so far. They explained about the role and their expectations. Asked me some personal details.

Interviewer was a little bit angry but after finishing the interview he tried to show me what i was lacking for that role and he explained how to improve my self in future.

The selection process consisted of two phases: a test and an interview. The test was to measure the analytical abilities and programming capabilities of the candidates. Those who cleared the test where called for the interview. The interview was a mix of technical and non-technical questions.

Very good and structured process . Interview consists of 2 technical and one managerial and one HR. Process is very fast and hr is very supportive . Overall very good interview experience
