Sorry to say but the interview process has been pathetic in Adastra for azure DevOps engineer role. They took my all rounds having 8 years of experience, and I got the feedback like “ hey we have received positive feedback but we don’t waiting for final results “ later on they came up with statement “the feedback was junior level “ so we will put you in different project once it comes. Does it make any sense? I don’t agree at all. I chased them for a long time over email to allocate me in different project , but they stopped responding to the email as well which is very unprofessional.
Sample questions
It involved only HR and Technical interview. First HR interview happened. HR with name Nat selected my profile saying it was great. But within two days my profile was rejected without any reason. It was like another time wasting interview.
Sample questions
The interview process went well, and I was thrilled when they extended an offer letter to me. However, a week later, they informed me that the position had been filled, effectively revoking the offer. This has left me deeply disappointed, as I had already resigned from my current role based on the decision they communicated. This unexpected turn of events has put me in a very challenging position.
