Pros: Quite German company, but very nice colleagues. The pay isn't one of the highest, but the work it quite laid back, so that's fine.
Cons: Definitely the pay. For a city like Berlin it's on the very low end of the pay scale for such a position.
View on GlassdoorPros: Good offices with plenty of activities
Cons: No raises for pretty much the whole time I was there. Turnover because of this very issue.
View on GlassdoorPros: Food Cars Life Everything In
Cons: Schedule Hours Pay Pressure No help
View on GlassdoorPros: Abwechslungsreicher Job durch regelmäßiges wechselnde Projekte in unterschiedlichen Teams
Cons: - Intransparente und unterdurchschnittliche Bezahlung. - Oft als "Einzelkämpfer" in anderen Projekten eingesetzt -> wenig Bezug zu eigentlichem adesso Team
View on GlassdoorPros: Managers and CEO are professional and transparent. Fully remote work. Company sponsored certifications. Friendly colleagues, work atmosphere is supportive. Good work life balance. Possible travel in DACH region.
Cons: Salaries are about market average. Limited career growth opportunities. Managers mostly care about billable hours. Daily work experience is strongly project dependent - some projects use new tech, others are more legacy maintenance. Some have a lot of politics, others not.
