I recently experienced an interview. With 4 years of experience managing international clients and a strong track record, I was shocked when an HR interviewer spent less than 60 seconds assessing my communication skills before dismissing them. No one can accurately judge a candidate's capabilities or communication skills in one minute. Shocking was that HR didn't even bother introducing themselves when interviewing. It became clear that the company was prioritizing internal employee referrals over actual quality scores and capability. Rejection is part of the growth process, but professional courtesy and structured interviews should never be compromised. I am moving forward, confident in my experience, exposure, and looking for organizations that truly value performance.

The interview itself is relatively easy, with questions focused on fundamentals rather than advanced concepts. However, the selection process is highly competitive because Infosys has limited hiring requirements, so only a small number of candidates are ultimately selected.

So it was a Walkin Interview, Initially they addressed all the candidates present for the drive and cleared the role specifications and experience required. So it began with HR Screening round, later that if we clear this we had Technical Interview, there we 2 Technical rounds and later a Managerial Round.

I attended ADP's on-campus Software Internship drive at DYPCOE Akurdi, Pune. The process included an online assessment, two technical interviews, and an HR interview. It was a great learning experience.

They had two technical Rounds 1. In first Technical Round : They mainly asked in sql joins mainly (cross joins, outer joins), multiple inheritance, method overriding and method overloading, What was on problem you faced while making your project and how did you solve it? I was asked to code on method overloading , sql joins (outer joins). I was also asked to write code related to the project I made. 2. In 2nd Technical Round : It was mainly project discussion
