Valuable experience with minimal drawbacks
Pros: AffinityX provided me with valuable experience in WordPress development, web design, UI/UX, website maintenance, and client-focused project delivery. It helped me strengthen my technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with diverse web projects and cross-functional teams.
Cons: No major cons. Overall, it was a good learning and professional experience.

Toxic environment with high workload and low pay
Pros: WFO, Nothing i like here
Cons: 1 star is not worth, It's a fraud company i don't recommend to work on this hell company. hr makes unnessary decisions to stel the money with their own policy. No job security and high work load less pay.

One of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. Multiple rounds were conducted, expectations were repeatedly changed, and after investing considerable time, there was no proper response or closure from AffinityX. Poor communication and candidate handling throughout the process. Companies should value applicants’ time instead of ghosting them after several rounds.

The interview process was smooth and well organized. It started with a telephonic HR round, followed by a design round and a technical discussion related to design tools. The questions were mainly based on basic design knowledge and tools like Illustrator and InDesign. Overall, the process was professional and clear.

Toxic Interview Experience - Dodged a Bullet The recruitment process is a joke. The HR team lacks basic etiquette. I was interviewed for a fresher role but was ridiculed for not knowing senior-level deployment concepts. Instead of feedback, I received arrogance. To the Management: Your low rating (2.9) is because of your HR team's attitude. Stop harassing young talent. Verdict: Do not waste your time applying here if you have self-respect.
