Pros: No Pros. Do work 24 hours . There is no work life balance here .
Cons: The work environment can feel very demanding. The CTO has around 12 years of experience, but employees are sometimes expected to deliver work at the same level even when they are still learning and gaining experience. Whenever a new project comes in, deadlines are often decided without discussing them with the developers who will actually work on the project. This leads to a lot of pressure on the team to deliver within a short time. Employees are frequently asked to work late nights and weekends to meet deadlines. Sometimes holidays are promised after delivery, but that does not always happen as expected. Communication from leadership can sometimes feel harsh or stressful when updates are requested. There are also situations where project requirements from the client are not clearly confirmed at the beginning. Because of this, the team sometimes has to redo a lot of work when the client asks for changes.
