3. Meaningful work - Everyone is super talented and the bar to perform is high at Agoda. This makes everyone to work on meaty projects and bring in measurable outcomes

Cons: 1. Experience is team-driven - Personally, I feel a great difference from owning a product in my first team versus the current one. The team culture is highly influenced by higher-ups.
2. Everyone helps but there can be quick judgements too - Depends on the manager (I feel one way to find this out is the degree to which the manager would want to empathize - The less interested the manager is in development of one's overall professional life and take some check-ins)
The interview process was well structured and included an initial HR screening, followed by a technical assessment and two detailed interview rounds. The technical discussions focused on problem-solving, practical scenarios, system design, and decision-making. The interviewers also explored communication skills, teamwork, handling challenging situations, and approach to unfamiliar problems. The final round covered role expectations, career goals, responsibilities, and company culture. Overall, the process was challenging but professional, and each round provided a clear understanding of the role.

DSA Round - Question on arrays and LinkedList
Code Review Round - Platform
It had a question on db client and http client called in a loop. This loop had to be modifed to use strategy pattern.
First round was a DS algo round, where 2 questions were asked. Medium level, nothing fancy.
In second round was given a hld of a booking system i had to tell what improvements i would make to the system.I mention a lot of things but was rejected cause i did not speak much on the QA side. You have to know about testing frameworks. I thought it was unfair by him to reject only on that basis. Hasn't changed the company himself in 10 years.
