Pros: Stable, work life balance, My team is good
Cons: Very very slow growth, even for people who perform well
View on GlassdoorPros: Exceptional health insurance Europe travel opportunities Bonus not considered under ctc
Cons: Bad management as too much politics in some teams and old legacy or basic tech stack nothing much for growth and exploration
View on GlassdoorPros: Great Company culture Job Stability Career Opportunities Work life balance
Cons: Market based Compensation Hikes Campus facilities Move towards permanent WFO
View on GlassdoorPros: Great learning experience with supportive mentors and a collaborative team. I had the opportunity to work on real-world data science problems using production datasets while learning industry best practices. The work culture promoted knowledge sharing, innovation, and a healthy work-life balance, making it an excellent place for interns to grow both technically and professionally.
Cons: As a large organization, processes and approvals can sometimes be slow, and interns may have limited ownership depending on the team. The pace of career progression is naturally slower than at smaller companies, and opportunities to work on the latest technologies can vary across projects.
View on GlassdoorPros: Good work life balance and no layoff
Cons: Less carrer or growth opportunities

First round was proctored online screening, it was very weird as it had coding question but you have to answer verbally. For the 2nd , 3rd and 4th round you have to visit the airbus office. 2nd and 3rd round was easy as they will mostly focus on what projects you have worked on and what do you know about skywise and airbus. some behavioural questions. But last round was AI questions, related to current trending AI topics. This round was followed by HR discussion too.
Sample questions
30 minute interview. Panel includes 2 technical executives and a manager (who did not show up). A single panel member carried the interview forward most of the time while the second member was running late and upon joining was already hostile towards me and essentially chewed me out in a venting manner.
Sample questions
Interview consisted majorly of questions from the resume and included basic strength of material questions. The interview panel consisted of 2 people with each person taking a certain set of questions.
Sample questions
I was expecting more technical questions on engineering. But it was mostly situational-oriented questions. Looking at the position questions were good in point of flight context. Overall It was a good experience
Sample questions
1 round of Technical round, 2 managerial round, 1 HR round. Managerial round is bit tricky. Asked about Stakeholder management, Airbus company details. He has given me some suggestions what are the things to be improved.
