Guys who took my interview was process expert and coming with good knowledge of industry. But they conducted multiple rounds of interview for an executive role which was not required.

Applied through LinkedIn. Received a call from the HR consultant to schedule a telephonic interview with the hiring manager. The first telephonic round lasted for about an hour and was purely based on my previous experience into managing an application support project. The interviewer was very professional and had all relevant questions regarding IT Service Delivery, Support etc. I was called to their Mumbai office for a second face-to-face discussion with both, the hiring manager and their Associate Director of IT. Both interviews were a mix of management and technical skills. This was followed by a telephonic interview with the US IT Manager which lasted 15 minutes and was purely to judge my flexibility and management skills. After a week, I was again called to Mumbai to meet their Director who discussed about the role.

Advice: Alexion has a very professional recruitment process and you would get every opportunity to prove your fit.

Interview Process was well organised. All interviewers were available at that point as per schedule. Key questions were about my achievements on the Job and how do I manage my day to day challenges for team motivation etc
