Alight Solutions

Only 3 rounds of interview over the internet. Basic finance question to be prepared. Such as what is revenue recognition, OTC process , what us billing cycle, contracts, agreements, revenue cycle, what is difference between contract and agreement and what are the charachterstics of agreement

The interview mainly focused on scenario-based manual testing questions that assessed real-world QA thinking, test case design, and requirement understanding, with only a few questions related to automation tools and frameworks.

The interview process is not virtual, it's a walk-in. Also the timings is within the office hours in mid of the day. Although it's on Friday but would be better if they could arrange it on weekend maybe.

Couple of tech rounds (One written aptitude and one more with the panel) followed by a HR round that happened at their work location. Round 1 - General aptitude Round 2 - Understand if you have basic understanding of SDLC,STLC, SQL and other basic software terms Round 3 - HR round, more of an cultural fit

Interesting Hiring process at Alight Started off strong with the **1st technical round with Ranjeesh Kochhar**, then breezed through the **2nd round** with such confidence, I was **told to "drop papers" because it was all confirmed** informed by HR Lalit But wait—**surprise 3rd round with the US panel**! They spent **10 minutes asking random testing questions**, followed by the most **glorious rejection**. If you’re looking for a **job interview that leaves you second-guessing reality**, Alight Solutions is the place to be. **False promises, mystery rounds, and plot twists** you didn’t sign up for—what more could you want?
