Job insecurity and poor management lead to frustration

Pros: No pros only cons in this comany

Cons: No job security. No perks. Worst management. Worst seniors. No growth scope. Salary date 10-25.Seniors salary get hold for 3-4 month also they get salary in parts. You will learn nothing while working here you will have to learn everything by your own but this is the easy part even after learning by ourself handling project alone delivering 8-10 project single handedly the will give you PIP and can terminate you whenever they want. And after that they will never give you FNF money.

Lala company

Pros: None pros it will be better to stand and work at roadside momo shop than to work in this Lala company

Cons: Lack of proper management and clear direction. Work environment is unprofessional with little to no structure in projects. Salary delays and lack of transparency in payments are common. Employees are expected to work long hours without overtime compensation. Very limited learning opportunities and no proper mentorship for growth. Poor communication between teams and management. No clear career progression, and employee concerns are often ignored. Overall, not a supportive or stable place to build a career.

Broken Work Culture: Project Delays, No Overtime Pay, and HR Without Authority

Pros: You can do 14 hour shift You will be asked to come at 9.30 even if you have been asked to work till 11.45 pm at the client side.

Cons: No overtime pay, no PF, no medical insurance, and even compulsory Saturday working — this clearly shows how poorly the company treats its employees. There is absolutely no proper FNF process in place; everything is delayed, mismanaged, and handled with zero accountability. HR department has no authority of its own — HR is just a puppet, unable to take decisions or provide clear answers. The company keeps taking projects and expects freshers to complete them without proper experience or mentorship, which obviously leads to delayed deliveries and unnecessary pressure on the team. Overall, it’s a disorganised and unprofessional workplace with no employee support, no systems, and no growth.
