View on GlassdoorPros: - The work life balance and growth avenues were amazing in my project. - Training that I got when I joined was very thorough and detailed. - My reporting project manager was super supportive and understanding. - Fun and diverse HR events are arranged.
Cons: - They used to give decent salary hikes till last year but 2026 hike was abysmal. - Recognition is far and scarce. They reward just to keep everyone happy without recognising actual contribution and talent. - Some project managers/directors/heads have a huge ego problem. If you try to speak up against them or take a stand for yourself, they will tarnish your name and run a propaganda against you. Doesn't matter if you are the top performer in your team. - The top leadership in some projects is not technically strong enough to understand the core nuances of deliverables. Only metrics/targets are chased to satisfy the client which creates a gap in execution and commitments. - There are long term on-site opportunities but you'll only get it if you are diplomatic, know to play your cards well and are sycophant with the senior project management. No matter how valuable you are technically, you won't get on-site unless you do the above. - Nowadays, freshers are hired and deployed without adequate training into production, creating a bottleneck.
