Unethical Company
Pros: Zero Level company No Pros
Cons: Unlimited. Unethical unprofessional CEO. This company has 70 year old idiots who live in stone age. They will give you a nice package on joining but then won't pay you few months salary. They apply for US visa only for CEO family members . Not sure US govt is aware or not ?

Supportive team and great work culture
Pros: I’ve been working here for 3 years, and it’s been a great journey so far. The team is genuinely supportive, and the managers actually care about your personal and professional growth.
The work environment is positive, and it feels more like working with a group of friends than just colleagues. It’s a place where you’re heard, appreciated, and given the space to grow.
Overall, a solid company to build your career with.
Cons: No such cons I observed.

Agile and Fast-Paced Environment: The culture is dynamic, and change happens quickly—which is refreshing for HR professionals who like to drive results.
Diverse Talent Pool: Working across clients in the US and India exposes HR to a wide range of industries and work cultures.
Cons: As with any fast-scaling company, there are growing pains — but the leadership team is responsive, and it’s a chance to help shape the future

Needs Better Leadership and Human Resource Department
Pros: Can be a good company to work with, if managed effectively. Few managers are sometime approachable
Cons: The HR department exhibits a lack of professionalism, often prioritizing personal interests over organizational and employee well-being. They are frequently unavailable for extended periods during working hours, and a clear example of this is their inability to uphold workplace decorum.
The HR department should be placed alongside employees, rather than in isolated cabins.
Additionally, management should address this by enhancing leadership presence in India and providing comprehensive training for employees and managers to maintain professionalism in the workplace.
