Pros: Work life balance is good.
Cons: Pay is not better, with less bonus and hike
View on GlassdoorPros: Honestly, I don’t see many positives in working here. The only real advantage is that the salary is paid on time.
Cons: I was employed by AMS and placed at the Deutsche Bank office, where I worked for around three years. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the senior management was quite disappointing. The leadership (Deepti.D), in my experience, lacked transparency, consistency, and effective people management. I found the management approach particularly challenging, and this had a significant impact on employee morale and overall work culture. There also appeared to be inconsistencies in the application of workplace policies. For example, employees based in Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur, and Pune were expected to work from the Deutsche Bank office twice a week, while some managers based in Delhi (CK) were not subject to the same requirement. This raised questions about fairness and consistency in how policies were implemented. Some of the other major concerns I experienced were: Very limited opportunities for career growth. No meaningful salary increments despite the workload and tenure. Poor work-life balance, with employees sometimes being contacted as late as 9 PM for work updates. A work environment that often felt driven by internal politics and favoritism. Concerns around management practices involving several members of the leadership team, which contributed to a stressful and demotivating work environment. After more than 12 years of professional experience, I found this to be one of the more disappointing management and workplace experiences I have encountered. The organisation has significant room for improvement in leadership, employee growth, work-life balance, transparency, and consistency in policy implementation.

It was good. HR Helped me throughout the process and I had a very good discussion with interviewer. Also I am happy with the HR discussion round and also got a slick procedure of document verification.
