Supportive colleagues but delayed salary and layoffs.
Pros: Colleagues are good and supportive.
Cons: Salary is not credited on time. For some people it was even a 2 month delay. Regular layoff. Very less pay with respect to the industry standards. Senior management is rarely present in office(There are doing w.f.h),but want the employees to come regularly.
