There were a total of 5 rounds in the interview process—4 technical rounds and 1 fitment round. Overall, the process was very smooth and well organized. The HR team was extremely supportive throughout the process, and the interviewers were also helpful and approachable during the discussions. Overall, it was a positive interview experience.

3rounds- first round was technical round, 2nd was case study plus technical and last round was in person interview in office. No hr round was there. Overall it was a very smooth process

The process had four rounds. The first three rounds were excellent. They focused on performance engineering, system design, automation, leadership, and real-world problem solving. The discussions were relevant to the role and technically engaging. The final round was very different from the previous ones. Instead of continuing the technical evaluation, most of the discussion focused on my career history and personal background. I was asked why I had worked at five companies over 12 years, despite spending the last six years at the same company. I was also asked questions such as: - Where do you live? - Are you married? - Is your wife working? - Do you have children? - Are your children going to school? - Do your parents live with you? I was then asked whether I would accept a 30% lower salary than my expectation, to explain the Israel–US–Iran conflict in one minute, and to solve a puzzle. After the interview, I was told HR would get back to me the following week. After two weeks and a follow-up, I was informed that the position had been put on hold. My experience was that the final round was not consistent with the technical focus of the earlier rounds and did not evaluate the skills expected .

It was 3 rounds interview, all 3 technical rounds. 3rd was mentioned as managerial but it was technical as well. In first round, it was normal chat and basic system design questions. Second one included code review and all. Third was coding round.

Smooth and concise- structured, well timed and constructive, starts with 2 tech rounds and 1 managerial- followed by offer process, can be mix of onshore and offshore panels- both are professional, accommodating and encouraging.
