Google level interview questions. Somalia level package. It was 1 and half hours online assessment. The first part was easy but second and third part were really FAANG level leetcode hard questions. They are expecting you to create a trie data structure in 30 mins along with web api creation including data fetching from third party source, routing and what not!
Sample questions
A senior recruiter from Andela reached out to me via LinkedIn. After discussing the job description, they asked me to complete an assessment. The test consisted of 15 multiple-choice questions on manual QA concepts, 10 SQL-related multiple-choice questions, and a programming exercise that involved solving an easy problem. I successfully passed the assessment, after which I received a link to schedule a 1-hour video interview. During the interview, the engineer asked me various manual software testing questions, including topics like bug leakage, test metrics, testing types, and differences between bug lifecycle stages. We also covered several Selenium-related questions, such as the difference between assert and verify, and handling StaleElementReferenceException. This was followed by two programming exercises, one on identifying palindromic numbers and another on checking for prime numbers. The interview overall went well, though I struggled to answer a few manual testing definitions. It was a great learning experience.
Sample questions
Involves 2 major steps. 1. Technical evaluation in the platform -- involves MCQ questions and 1.30hrs react coding question 2. F2F video interview -- This is where it was quite disappointing. The interviewer seemed least interested in listening to the answers and was least interactive, felt like I was just talking to an AI robot which is waiting for the right answers. The interviewer even dozed off in between. And he himself had a couple of wrong answers, which I had answered correctly and he had a wrong answer. And an unnecessary additional react coding round, which I felt was an overkill, since we had already completed 1.30 hours of react coding previously. And even if you fail 2 test cases out of 10, you will be rejected
Sample questions
Easy, but they are not ready to hire candidates from India. So only asked about KPI’s Better they make it clear , instead of creating global hire is big lie. I am perfectly fit for their requirements.
Sample questions
Andela is not a worldwide remote company, I applied from India even though I answered their questions and my exp fits their requirements. After first screening call they rejected me, & also not gave me the right feedback why they rejected me?
