Pros: Management is helpful and understanding
Cons: Workload can be slightly high at times
View on GlassdoorPros: I joined from a fintech where weekends basically didn’t exist, so one of the biggest positives here for me is that Saturdays and Sundays are usually off unless something really urgent comes up.
Cons: he expectation to think independently can feel overwhelming initially, especially if you’re used to more structured guidance.
View on GlassdoorPros: I joined Apollo at a point where I was honestly a bit lost in my previous role. I was doing work, but not really understanding why I was doing it. Here, that changed pretty quickly. In my first couple of weeks, I was pulled into discussions where people actually explained the “why” behind decisions, not just the “what.” It was overwhelming initially because the pace is definitely faster than what I was used to. I remember going home the first few days feeling like I had to catch up a lot. But after about a month, things started clicking. What I really appreciate is that weekends are respected. There are busy days during the week, but you’re not expected to be constantly online. Also, people are approachable. I’ve messaged seniors for help and never felt ignored or judged. It’s not a place where you can stay passive, but if you’re willing to put in the effort, you’ll learn a lot.
Cons: Theres not much that comes to mind
View on GlassdoorPros: The company is quite focused on results, which keeps things aligned.
Cons: TBH there are no cons, just growth if you are passionate enough
View on GlassdoorPros: 1. Supportive management 2. Good work culture
Cons: 1. It was a lean team but that is their USP also

The so - called senior is full of ego. Not willing to listen to new ideas or approaches. pathetic interviewer. was just underestimating.. proving himself correct.. not being open-minded. the interviewer was having some pre-decided approach in his mind.. he was just not able to listen to new approach..
Chat with CEO , then case study and then got the offer! Declined the offer due to personal reasons but both the CEO and HR were very polite and understanding. The process is very smooth and people are very positive.

Group Discussion Followed by 2 rounds of Personal Interview. Personal Interview panel was very friendly and helpful and conducted a very good interview. I did not make it to the final round
Sample questions
The H.R. associate was absolutely pathetic. The interview went okay. They do not respond to your questions at all. They also don't attend your calls after the interview process which is very unprofessional.
