Hectic. They keep rescheduling interviews and post hiring requirements just to signal the market that they are still floating. They keep rescheduling interviews and post hiring requirements just to signal the market that they are still floating.

Initially the was a telephonic interview round, asking about the work culture and achievement's in prev org. Got selected for technical round. Where the interviewer introduced herself and the about the org. then we have started with technical interview 1.
Sample questions
I applied through the job portal in June 2022. Got a positive response from hr and scheduled the Introduction meeting. This round was smooth and informative; hr provided a clear overview of the company culture, benefits, and role expectations. Had next discussion with the hiring QA manager. The interviewer was very good. Asked me some good questions to check my understanding of Automation framework, testing, and processes. It was a very good discussion. After this, next interview was scheduled with CTO. This person was not interested at all in taking interview and was busy in his kitchen preparing his morning tea. He was just trying to show himself very cool. He did not have basic interview etiquette. He was not given time to speak and wanted me to agree whatever he was saying. He asked me to provide some feedback on apps but he was not letting me to complete single point. I was feeling that I am wasting my time here. His rude attitude throughout the interview made it a very negative experience and thought to not join this company if I get offer. Overall, while the initial interviews were good and professional, the encounter with the CTO was unexpectedly unpleasant and left a negative impression.
Sample questions
What a horrible interview experience it has been. This is one of the worst experience of my 10 years being in the software industry. I was interviewed by 2 indecent people for the role Senior QA Engineer. The questions were flat out from the text book, and they don’t know what they were asking or what I am answering. Most unprofessional and rude behaviour I had seen going in an interview. The lady who interviewed me must be from 10000 B.C filled with negativity and ego. She couldn’t take I have answered the questions, she keeps talking loudly, base less crap company. Avoid wasting your time, might have the reviews been paid for and bought I guess. Smells like a company with crap culture and crap people. Never felt like punching someone in the face in an interview, this one felt like one. Especially the crap lady, I would have punched her face for the condescending attitude and disrespectful behaviour.
