View on GlassdoorPros: Cheap food and giving 3 months gross salary when they layoff you. So don't resign, definitely one day cone for you and you will get 3 months gross salary. 8 weeks + 1 month as grievances. Best part in systems you get bonus, every quarter because they will layoff some of members every quarter to maintain balance sheet.
Cons: Worst management specially in Systems department. They glorify early morning and late nights meetings as it's normal everywhere. Worst management you can find out there who layoff people's in every 4-5 months just to correct balance sheet every quarter. If you want meet those marvelous management just visit 3rd floor on Wednesday and their boss will also available on Monday in gurugram office. For noida members just visit 7th floor and you can find these morons their.
View on GlassdoorPros: Good environment of Company Lots of Benefits like health insurance, term insurance, Doctor's unlimited consultation, etc. Cultural events happened and other Quiz activities which makes participants active and provide gifts to winners P&C Support team arranges various knowledge sharing sessions like Taxation benefits, Flexi basket and other tax return guidance.
Cons: In Aristocrat, till 2023 things were good here but after than a lot of lay-offs started happening and then things become worst. Teams here are running on given taken basis where Team Leaders in their team apply fake bills with someone's help who becomes their favourite and in return benefit them a lot in providing appreciation, Quarterly Recognition for their favourite employees that works silently in such a way that even no one is aware of these things. Higher management should take strict actions on these things. Managers, Team Lead, Senior Technical Lead specially girls working at Linux Platform team makes things worst in the team and are the main reason for office politics and also played mind games. Girls sitting at Sr Tech Lead position (enjoying Maternity leave) are the ones. They even don't know how to talk in kt sessions and say aa-amm-hmm etc.
