Pros: The company has built a culture that genuinely values its employees. There are regular employee engagement activities such as hackathons, fully sponsored company trips, and team events that make work enjoyable.
One of the things I appreciate most is the healthy work-life balance. Overtime is compensated, which shows that the company acknowledges employees' extra effort instead of taking it for granted. The flexibility around working from home is another major advantage—you don't need to seek approvals or deal with unnecessary pressure regarding WFH, as long as you're responsible with your work.
The company also provides lunch and snacks every day, which is a nice added benefit.
From a career perspective, the projects are technically challenging and provide plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies, solve real-world problems, and grow professionally. Overall, it's a great place for anyone looking to build their technical skills while working in a supportive environment. It's hard to ask for much more from an employer.
Cons: I didn't come across any major drawbacks during my time here, overall my experience is very positive.

Pros: It’s been one year since I joined Armakuni as a Software Engineer (Machine Learning), and I can honestly say this is one of the best office cultures I’ve experienced in my career. My colleagues are smart, friendly, and always ready to help.
What stands out most is the leadership — they maintain direct, open communication with everyone. They’re generous with their time and genuinely happy to help or offer suggestions whenever needed. I’ve had many discussions with them on broader topics beyond day-to-day work, and these conversations have been genuinely valuable for my career growth. I’ve also felt recognized for my contributions along the way, which reflects how leadership notices and values good work across the team.
Cons: Honestly, I haven’t come across any cons so far — I’m very happy with the working culture at Armakuni.
