Cons: As AI native company they are not aware what are the capabilities of AI everything is been over committed to client's. As AI company they are not aware how to design AI agents for different applications, there is no examples of successful workflows apart from code conversion from one language to another. Roles & responsibilities while hiring were not provided as they mentioned while hiring. The company appears to be highly unstable employment approach, with limited job security. Hiring without any projects which seems like they have a practice hire & fire model. No optional projects if you go to bench, they don't allow to switch to different track. I have observed that gaps in technical understanding at the Director level & middle management level which are affecting the team's ability to make informed decisions and deliver effectively. Communication with stakeholders is often unclear or misaligned, which creates challenges in setting expectations and managing project outcomes. Additionally, stronger negotiation and stakeholder-management skills are needed when engaging with business teams. These leadership gaps are contributing to broader team-level challenges and impacting overall execution. Last but not least delta track has very bad work life balance and couple of teams has toxic culture.
