Horrible experience even for a short stint

Pros: Athena Infonomics used to be a good firm. You will get to work on multiple projects and it enhances the portfolio quickly.

Cons: Department heads are toxic and the HR team is exploitative. If you are working closely with the department head, you will realise they spend more time politicising about hiring and firing quickly and less time on carrying out their work. The company has some serious problems with managing their management. In my honest suggestions, do not choose to work here unless you don't have any other option.

Good experience

Pros: Non-hierarchical structure, bosses are ready to take in your inputs, excellent leave policy, overall my boss made it a good experience for me.

Cons: Cannot think of any besides maybe I did not get to learn that many new things (as i had hoped while joining)

Good people, poor operations. Constant sense of urgency

Pros: People are nice. They want better work balance but it's just not possible

Cons: They Hire too many external consultants. People who actually do the grunt work are less. Constant sense of urgency. That too for things like bids. The actual work one signs up for becomes very less and too fast paced . So much so that you're afraid to make mistakes because there's no time to correct it. Terrible management of operations. Calls late into the night are normal. And also any experience that one deems not relevant to the organisation previously will be counted as diverse. So you know that saying men will be hired on potential. Women on past experience and evidence. True here. Not intentionally. But true. After working 11-12 hours constantly it caused a burning out. Even saying no won't suffice. You just end up doing it. The stress was constant and honestly very unnecessarily induced.
