Great learning environment but slow career progression
Pros: Autoliv provides excellent learning and foundational values for a fresher. The work environment is highly cooperative and friendly.
Cons: Career progression is slow, and growth appears to be tied to tenure rather than performance. Salary growth and appraisals are generally below market standards.
