screening test is given and asked to put for keyword search. very easy process. interviewer was patient enough to explain the role. waited for some time and i was told call will be given.

Avacend is by far the most unprofessional and disastrous company I have interview at. The HR will give you false information and misguide you. Zero respect for individual times...I was made to go through 6 rounds of interview with their client cisco and given an offer. The HR kept making promises on sharing the offer letter and then got back after several follow ups saying the role was internally filled in. Why waste people time giving false information on being selected etc. I gave a chance despite all other bad reviews on the company and regret doing so
First of all the when i reach the work place. It is good and pleasant environment. After the HR round. I gave a test in Computer to design a Banner after that immediately I got a offer and I told Ok and I joined Immediately
