Aziro

Very disappointing experience with Aziro. Honestly, I would strongly suggest candidates think twice before wasting their time here. They schedule interviews at random and often give sudden time slots, showing little respect for candidates' time. After completing the rounds, they simply put the profile “on hold” and disappear. Even after repeated follow-ups, HR has no proper update or timeline. The entire process felt careless, unprofessional, and more like a formality than a genuine hiring process.

The interview with the amazing team was very nice. The project is very interesting and has great potential. I was particularly impressed by the clear vision and the collaborative spirit that everyone displayed. The discussion around the innovative features and the long-term impact of the project gave me a deeper understanding of its significance. It was also encouraging to see how each member of the team contributed unique insights, making the conversation both engaging and informative. Overall, the experience has strengthened my enthusiasm for being part of such an exciting initiative.

L1 - Selected Client round Client not satisfied move to different client L2 again Again one more L2 Rejected Again one more L2 to direct meet up else reject you

The interview process started with an aptitude test containing 5 sections including API testing, Selenium, general aptitude, programming, and database-related questions. In the second round, they asked basic Python concepts like data types, list methods, slicing, preparing a dictionary from two lists, occurrence programs, OOP concepts, and database-related questions. Overall, the process was smooth and focused on testing fundamentals and programming basics.

I had a very disappointing interview experience with Aziro. I successfully cleared three rounds of interviews and was even informed that I would be moving forward to a client round. However, shortly after, HR called and told me I was not selected—without any clear explanation. What’s more concerning is that when I reached out to HR for clarification, they seemed completely unaware that I had already been scheduled for a client round. This reflects a serious lack of coordination and professionalism in the hiring process. If a company is conducting 4+ rounds, candidates expect transparency and proper communication. Instead, this process felt disorganized and wasted a significant amount of my time and effort. I would advise future candidates to be cautious and not rely fully on verbal confirmations until everything is clearly aligned. Overall, a very poorly managed recruitment experience.
