Toxic management and culture overshawdow any perks

Pros: Good food , that's all

Cons: Worst culture, No work life balance , low impact work , extremely toxic management, managers , leaders . Hell lot of politics at all level . If you previously worked in product based firm , never ever choose these place , specially in tech . Before joining ask some current or ex employee about the attrition rate , it is one of the highest. More than 50% lateral joiners leave within a 1 year , such is the condition. CoE like Consumer Product are extremely toxic , it empathy less people and managers who don't give a damn about your well being. Biggest mistake of my life was to move from a product based firm to BCN . Also low level , low impact work and you will see people taking pride in that and getting engaged in politics whole day
