Cons: Title: Lack of Communication After Offer Acceptance Review: I cleared the interview and received a financial offer, which I accepted. However, after accepting the offer, there has been complete silence from the company's side. Despite multiple follow-up emails requesting updates, I received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is unprofessional and disappointing, especially after going through the entire interview and offer process. It leaves candidates feeling undervalued and uncertain about their future. I hope the company improves its post-offer communication and treats prospective employees with more respect.
View on GlassdoorPros: None based on my brief and unfair experience.
Cons: I joined BairesDev with high hopes, having left a stable full-time role that offered significant benefits, including uncapped incentives, health insurance, equipment and internet allowances, and more. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing. I spent three weeks in training and had just one week of live work before my employment was abruptly terminated. The reason cited was “performance not up to the mark compared to others”—many of whom have been with the company for 3–5 years. Judging someone’s performance based on a single week of active work is not only unfair but also shows a complete lack of understanding and empathy toward new joiners. I have over six years of solid experience in recruitment and was diligently following every process taught during training. Despite that, I was let go without proper feedback or an opportunity to improve. This has had both financial and emotional consequences, especially considering the sacrifices I made to join BairesDev. It’s also important to mention that there appears to be a noticeable bias in favor of LATAM employees, creating a sense of partiality and inequality within the team structure.

I had a very disappointing experience with BairesDev. The interview process initially seemed smooth, with two rounds that were relatively straightforward and focused on my technical skills. After clearing both rounds, I was informed that I had been selected and even received communication indicating that an offer would be rolled out. However, things took an unexpected turn afterward. Despite repeated follow-ups, I was told that there were “no projects available” at the moment. This was confusing and frustrating, especially after being assured of selection. It felt unprofessional and misleading to proceed so far in the hiring process without having actual project availability. The lack of transparency and unclear communication wasted my time and created false expectations. If there are no active projects, candidates should be informed upfront rather than being taken through multiple rounds and given verbal confirmation. Overall, this experience reflects poor coordination between recruitment and project allocation teams. I would advise candidates to be cautious and not rely on verbal assurances until everything is formally confirmed.
