Never join BCF untill the management changes
Pros: Cab facility is the only pros here!
Cons: Worst work culture I've experienced. Things have gone downhill, especially after the Aditi management took over. Leadership is poor, and the HR team never answers the actual questions—they simply give the responses they want to give. They don't even know how to communicate in a better way.
In my opinion, many people in management seem to stay at BCforward because they wouldn't be able to find better opportunities elsewhere, and it shows in how the company is run.
If you're considering joining BCforward, think twice and speak to current or former employees first.

Running Fast, Leading Slow in Some Areas
Pros: • Well-defined processes across all levels and departments, ensuring clarity and accountability.
• Strong performance-driven culture with success measured through clear OKRs and KPIs.
• Leadership actively identifies and addresses long-standing operational gaps and challenges.
• The organization is undergoing a positive transformation, creating opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and organizational maturity.
Cons: • The transformation journey has introduced frequent changes, requiring employees to adapt quickly to new processes, expectations, and accountability standards.
• Increased focus on OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics can create added pressure for some teams.
• While processes and accountability are improving, compensation, commissions, and salary hikes do not always appear to be fully aligned with the higher expectations and increased demands being placed on employees.
• Evolving priorities and organizational changes can occasionally create uncertainty during the transition period.
• Some legacy challenges are still being addressed, and the full benefits of the transformation may take time to be realized.
• Work-life balance has not been maintained with remote work not being optional anymore especially during emergencies.

I believe we have better options available in the market
Pros: Cab & Food are the only Pro's over there.
Cons: Leadership and executive teams often exhibit rigid, ego-driven behaviors, showing a distinct reluctance to engage in open dialogue or accept constructive feedback. Even after delivering substantial results—such as generating $87K in revenue in a single quarter—the work environment remains unbearably high-pressure. This is compounded by intense micromanagement and excessive managerial meetings, often two to three times a day lasting up to an hour and a half. Management must learn to handle high-performing employees with far more tact, trust, and consideration.
