interview process of good, no delay in interview scheduling. The the interviews were easy and more like general interview. they were asking question were not related to my job title. I also felt like the organization structure of bebo is rigid.

Took a simple test based on our own mobile after that they took hr interview and than technical interview. But there is no transparancy because they first invite all branch and degree candidates than when you reach there than they will announce that this and that stream or branch not allowed.
Bebo Technologies conducted a walk-in for the ASE Java role on 2nd April 2026. The scheduled time was 10–12 AM. I reached around 11:15, and approximately 20 candidates were already standing outside waiting for entry. First of all, they were taking way too much time just for entry — almost 30 minutes per candidate. Then, 5 minutes before 12, the security personnel said no one would be allowed after 12. Seriously? When there were still many candidates waiting outside. Apparently, they had issues with their system or network, which is why entry was taking so long — 30 minutes per candidate just for entry, lol. One candidate somehow found the reception number and called them, saying the system wasn’t working and people had been waiting for a long time while they were about to close the entry. After that call, they finally allowed everyone who was waiting outside. In the first round, they conducted an online test that we had to take on our mobile phones. It was very easy, but their test portal wasn’t working properly either — some candidates couldn’t even fill in their details. Then the HR informed us that only two rounds would be conducted that day, both by her. Candidates shortlisted from the test moved to the HR round. In the HR round, they mainly explained their offer. They are offering a CTC of 4.8 LPA for an ASE role even for candidates with over 1 year of experience. Out of that, around 36.5% is variable, so the in-hand comes to roughly 3 LPA, along with a 3-year service agreement. The HR also said that after 1 year, the CTC would become 9.6 LPA — literally double. Honestly, that sounded unrealistic. One of my friends is already under their service agreement, and he told me the appraisal is as per market standards, not anything like doubling. And the most confusing part — they called all shortlisted candidates (who agreed to their terms) again the next day for two technical rounds. They really need to learn how to conduct walk-ins properly. For a single-day process, technical rounds should be conducted first, followed by the final HR round — not the other way around.
The interview process started with a telephonic interview, where basic details and an initial discussion were conducted. This was followed by a technical interview on Zoom with two members from the company. In this round, I was asked testing theory questions related to Selenium and Cypress, along with questions about the test cases I had written in my previous company. Additionally, I was given two coding questions based on pattern problems. The third round focused on testing fundamentals, and I was asked one coding question based on arrays. Finally, there was an HR round, which included discussions about role expectations, availability, and other formalities. I declined because
