My interview is taken by someone who don't have groomed his mustache. When I enter interview room, His hygiene is lowest I seen (putting finger in his nose). He Asked lot of very basic question, most of them I answered. The person than realize I am there for principal role. he asked few question and he rejected. From HR to interview it's look like bulk hiring. From every prospect it's look like third class company.

Round 1 was an assessment test, which was very easy. Rounds 2, 3, and 4 were face-to-face interviews, each lasting one hour. They conducted all the interviews back-to-back, and my entire day went into that process. They told me I was selected and discussed the package with me. They later sent a ‘Document Verification’ email. I attached all the requested documents and sent them. After that, I did not receive any update from them. I contacted them a week later, and they said I would get the offer letter in a couple of days. The following week, I received a call saying I was not the right fit for the role. They also informed me that the position had already been filled. This is the worst hiring process I have ever experienced!

It was really smooth and good. It had three rounds including mangerial round and it was a great interview experience for me and the US team was amazing made me feel really comfortable throughout the interview process
