BlackRock on-campus hiring generally follows 3–4 stages: Online Assessment (aptitude/logical reasoning, CS fundamentals, SQL and basic coding/DSA) → Technical Interview 1 (DSA, OOP, DBMS/SQL + deep questions on your resume/projects) → Technical/Managerial Interview 2 (more DSA, core CS, project/system discussions and problem-solving) → HR/Final discussion (Why BlackRock, behavioral questions, teamwork, career goals, etc.).
