I attended a walk-in interview on September 20, 2025. First, I went through an assessment, followed by a Group Discussion (GD), and a Technical Round 1, all on the same day. After three working days, I received a call for Technical Round 2. When I visited the company, they unexpectedly they started with a coding assessment before Technical Round 2. After clearing all these stages, I was shortlisted for the final round: the behavioral interview, which took place the following week. In the behavioral round, after my self-introduction and project explanation, they asked me to write the code and explain the approach for the N-Queens problem for 4LPA software engineer trainee role. I wrote the approach and code as requested. After completing the final round, I asked the HR representative how many people would be hired. He said that there were 15 candidates for the last round, and they planned to onboard 10 people. A week later, I received a rejection call. I requested the reason and feedback, but they said they would let me know and ultimately did not provide an answer despite my frequent calls. In the end, they hired only 5 people out of approximately 1,000 applicants after a process that involved two exams, two technical interviews, one coding assessment, and one behavioral round.

Sample questions
Process & Rounds 1) Virtual Interview (Recruiter/Screen – 25–30 min) Quick background walkthrough, role expectations, notice period, compensation range, and availability. The recruiter laid out the full process and shared prep pointers, which set clear expectations. 2) Technical Round 1 (60 min) Focus on role fundamentals and problem-solving. Discussion included past projects, how I structured requirements, and a short case to outline approach, assumptions, risks, and success metrics. They dug into trade-offs and asked how I’d handle incomplete/ambiguous inputs. 3) Technical Round 2 (60 min) Deeper dive and scenario simulation. I was asked to design a solution end-to-end (requirements → design choices → data/edge cases → testing/rollout), justify decisions, and walk through stakeholder communication. Whiteboarding + follow-ups to test clarity and prioritization. 4) HR Round (30 min) Culture fit, collaboration style, and career goals. Covered compensation details, benefits, work setup, and start date. The conversation was transparent and friendly. What Went Well • Panel was punctual and respectful; questions were structured and relevant. • Clear expectations shared up front; interviewers probed depth without being adversarial. • Logistics were smooth; invites and materials arrived on time. What Could Be Better • Feedback cadence between rounds averaged ~2–3 days; a tighter loop or a single tracker update would help.
