The gap for 1st round and 2nd round of interview was 1 week. For the 2nd round they have rescheduled it multiple times. Once completed, for 3rd round (Final round) it took 2 weeks to communicate to me. And it was rescheduled multiple times . On the call itself manager confirmed i was selected. So i waited for the offer for 2 weeks. There was no update from them and when reached Hr he responded on 3rd week that position is on hold. I mean seriously??? If it was on hold they should've informed me straight. In the portal also its not updated. There was no transparency here. My friend also had same experience. And the position I applied is for Senior role. This is what it differs from Product Based companies.
