View on GlassdoorPros: Great place to work from home and can explore more opportunities.
Cons: Recent organisation transfer was a nightmare and don't expect any salary revisions.
View on GlassdoorPros: Good work life balance and great management support
Cons: Client interviews should have been pre held before joining.
View on GlassdoorPros: The best part of this job used to be the amazing coworkers. We had a loyal team that spent years working hard to build great processes. We supported each other and put the company first. That safe, happy environment is totally gone now.
Cons: The new Global Controller has completely destroyed our department. Hiring unqualified friends: The hiring process is a complete joke. The Global Controller is bringing in people who have minimal accounting knowledge. They are getting these jobs simply because they worked with him in the past, while loyal employees are ignored. It is a massive insult to the professionals already working here. Zero respect when you leave: After you give years of your life to this company, they treat you like trash when you finally leave. There is no respect and no dignity. There is no farewell call, no goodbyes, and no thank you. You are just pushed out the door. They risk our safety: If you work a late shift until midnight, they no longer provide safe company cabs. They force you to find your own way home in the dark just to save a few pennies. It is incredibly unsafe and disgusting. The boss steals our credit: Our team spent years building strong systems. The Controller stands in front of senior management and pretends they built everything in just two months. They steal our hard work just to promote themselves. They trap you out of spite: If you try to resign from this toxic mess, the Controller refuses to let you leave early. Even after you finish training your replacement, they trap you here for your whole notice period just to be cruel. Forced back to the office: They cancelled our permanent work-from-home agreements and force us into the office four days a week just to micromanage us. They even bother us with stressful emails on the weekend. HR does nothing: HR is completely useless. They know all of this is happening but have no power to protect anyone.

Interview process was good there were two level of interview both were easy and they were nice and if you don't understand the terms they use you can ask what's that they will simplify it ask and the question
Pros: None to note based on the interview process. Cons: Lack of basic reciprocity: At the start of the remote interview, I was asked to turn on my camera (which was already on). However, when I politely asked the interviewer to turn theirs on as well, they declined. Conducting a one-way video interview creates an uncomfortable dynamic and sets a poor tone for candidate interaction. Repetitive and circular questioning: The majority of the interview focused exclusively on my career transitions. Despite providing clear context for my past moves, the interviewer repeatedly claimed my answers lacked clarity, yet refused to specify what additional details were needed. This prevented the interview from moving forward to discuss my technical skills, accomplishments, or domain expertise. Unanswered questions about team stability: When asked whether I intended to stay long-term, I answered directly and turned the question back to the interviewer to ask about the company’s internal stability and future outlook for the role. This question was completely ignored. Unprofessional communication: The tone of the meeting became unnecessarily tense as the same point was revisited without progression. The interviewer ultimately made a personal comment asserting a lack of "professional courtesy" on my part before abruptly ending the call, despite my remaining fully engaged and professional throughout. Advice to Management: Train hiring managers on conducting balanced, professional, and candidate-centric interviews. A successful interview should be a two-way evaluation of mutual fit, not a tense interrogation where basic professional standards (like mutual camera usage and answering candidate questions) are not respected.

FAKE INTERVIEWS for promotion!!.They seem to be conducting interviews mainly for internal company promotions rather than genuine hiring. I cleared the first round, after which they provided me with a DigiVerifier link and said that the client round would be scheduled next. They also collected my EPFO information. After that, they disappeared and did not provide any updates. Almost a month later, they scheduled another interview, which covered everything from concepts to coding. I completed the interview but received no feedback afterward. They then conducted a walk-in drive, but even after that, their hiring process was still not completed. The very next day, they scheduled another interview with me. I attended it as well, but once again, they disappeared without providing any feedback or update. Overall, the entire recruitment process has been extremely inconsistent and lacks transparency.

### Interview Experience — More About the Process Than the Interview Sharing my recent interview experience, mainly because candidate experience matters too. The technical part was fairly straightforward. The key areas to prepare were: * Core Java * Basic DSA * Spring Boot However, some things around the interview process were disappointing. At the beginning, I asked the admin to print my CV as they were asking for it. The initial response and facial expression made it seem like I was asking for something unreasonable. I was then told that the printer wasn't working. After some time, and after multiple candidates asked about it, the CV was eventually printed. Later, while the HR and team were having lunch, candidates started having tea and some accompanying refreshments. The admin asked the staff to remove the refreshments while candidates were still there. Small things like these may seem insignificant, but they create an impression about how an organization treats people — especially candidates who are taking time out of their day to attend an interview. I genuinely wonder: if there is so much concern about the cost of tea and refreshments for candidates, would there be enough budget for the salary? 🙂 The interview itself may be about evaluating candidates, but the process also gives candidates an opportunity to evaluate the company. **For anyone preparing for the technical round:** focus on Core Java, basic DSA, and Spring Boot.

Very Unprofessional People. I received a phone call and an email from HR stating that my profile was shortlisted for a face-to-face interview. I traveled to Gurugram for this. only to be told on arrival that there was no suitable role for my experience level (5.4+ years) — they had openings for either 2-4 years or 6-8 years, with nothing in between Somehow, I talked to them and started the process for the 6 to 8 years bracket. Round 1 - 3 easy DSA questions, and some Spring Boot-specific questions. Round 2 - Java, multithreading, and basic questions Round 3 - Project deep-dive — tech stack, architecture, tools used I requested feedback; at least I should be able to improve if I did anything wrong. They don't have any proper answer. It's great how they call you for face to face interview and reject you based on their mood. I got rejected in the 3rd round. I felt it went well.
