Cons: Poor management; many managers lack leadership and professionalism. High level of partiality and favoritism. Negative work culture with toxic behaviours. Strong groupism, which affects growth and opportunities.

Great learning experience and supportive team
Pros: I started my career here after doing freelance work, and I’m really thankful for the opportunity. The company gave me good exposure to work with different clients and learn different technologies like Angular, React, and Vue. I also got a chance to work with senior developers and learn a lot from them, which helped me grow in my career. Work-life balance is good. Sometimes we need to extend a bit based on project needs, but it only happens occasionally. The free lunch in the office is also a nice thing.
Cons: Salary can be a bit better. It’s not very competitive compared to other companies.
