Employee friendly
Pros: Good to work at, culture is good enough. Not really amazing for contract employees, otherwise good.

The interview were in 4 phases, and questions asked were relevant to the job role. First round is screening where they talk more about the company than your skills. Then second and third round are more focused on the JD. Fourth round is the Behavioral Interview which is of no use. It is not that great.

The Interview process was streamline and simple. I had a first round of technical discussion, which consists of my solution of the Online Assessment and projects in the resume. After the first round end, I instantly got the chance to get the round 2, which was with Director of Engineering, India, which was pretty chill too. Had a discussion on my resume, projects and some standard HR Types questions.

I had a deeply disappointing interview experience with their leadership. The questions were irrelevant, and the behavior throughout was unprofessional. Interview slots were extended without any prior intimation, and despite multiple follow-ups, The Talent Acquisition team has not responded. To date, there has been no communication regarding the interview outcome or feedback. After investing over seven hours in a lengthy interview process, the lack of any revert from the TA team reflects extremely poor candidate experience overall.
